BONE$ - BETTERMENT OF NORWEGIAN ELKHOUNDS

BONE$ is a dedicated account that NEINEA maintains to support efforts on behalf of the Norwegian Elkhound and dogs in general. Funds are raised through special raffles, events, and individual donations. The fund was established in 1997 to support foundations, universities, clinics, and research programs dealing with health and educational issues impacting the breed. Members promote club-directed education and programs, including meet-the-breed events and informal training workshops. It's mission has been expanded to include support and outreach to animal rescue organizations and shelters, as well as agencies responding to major national disasters.
